I became deeply invested in the Strengths model because I saw first-hand the immediate effect it had on not only teams but individuals. When we have a better understanding of ourselves and those around us, we can lead happier, healthier, and more purposeful lives. I am continually moved when I receive feedback about how one workshop or even just a few coaching sessions transformed someone’s relationships both at work and at home.
